Our Pastor

Rigo Barbosa
From Oregon to Arizona, Pastor Rigo Barbosa’s ministry has developed into the anointed and experienced ministry seen today. As a child he felt the Call of God on his life and began his ministry at the young age of 16. He attended Palace of Praise Pentecostal church where much of his ministry was developed. He later became a full-time Evangelist traveling through the NW region United States and Canada, and finally landing in Arizona where he was elected as assistant Pastor to Sr. Pastor Nathan Lay in Mesa AZ of Springs Of Life Church. After the passing of his Sr. Pastor the vision continued with Pastor Rigo Barbosa
In 2026 he founded Epoch Pentecostal Church in Maricopa, AZ where he has served as Sr. Pastor. Since that start Epoch would become an influential, revival church in Southern Arizona.
Today, Pastor and First Lady, Sarah Barbosa, and three children, are leading Epoch Church to be a thriving church that is passionate for God, and a people of the second chance.
